Waqar began his career in the field of business development and consulting in the fast-paced world of H-tech. This strong commercial grounding and a natural love of personal development led him into the world of leadership and change.
Since 2004 Waqar has held various senior business development and consulting roles. He has had the honour of building and developing a social youth leadership charity and has helped set up and grow various consulting services businesses.
He has consulted, coached, and facilitated across industry and around the world.
He has degree in Ancient History and Management from University of London (Royal Holloway) and brings his knowledge of ancient and modern philosophy to his development work
Waqar relishes the opportunity to enable transformational change. He excels in performance and transition coaching, as well as leadership facilitation, both in small and very large groups.
He has a strong background in the field of emotional and social intelligence as well as Shadow Work and is a often asked to help senior leaders generate deeper levels of insight by designing and facilitating groups with Vertical and Adult development principles in mind.
He has a particular talent in supporting Top Teams to develop their clarity of purpose and strategy execution whilst keeping a close eye on their development and their ability to provide clarity to the wider organisation
